2012 Year End Event – UW Botanic Gardens

Invest in Youth is pleased to announce the 2012 year-end event, which will be held on May 30th and 31st at the University of Washington Botanic Gardens. During the event, students and tutors will attend the Native Plants and People class, which explores the relationship between people and the environment around them. Using the Pacific Northwest as an example, students will learn about how people everywhere depend upon the land for survival and how human cultures are shaped by their ecosystems.
